Students may find it challenging to organize and prioritize tasks effectively, particularly when multiple assignments or projects are due at the same time. This can result in confusion and a lack of direction, making it difficult to complete tasks on time.

Solution
Simplify project management: Customization is crucial, as users should be able to create and categorize projects and tasks according to their unique requirements. It is important to provide the ability to personalize the tool, as everyone has their own way of organizing and managing their projects.
Tailor the tool for personal use: Since most project management tools are designed with teams in mind, it's important to streamline and adapt their functionalities for personal use to simplify the project management process for individuals.
Enable easy organization of files and notes: Effective organization of important files and notes is crucial in project management, and thus it is necessary to develop a new method of file organization that can improve work efficiency.
CONTEXT
My experience working in an AAA game company made me realize the significance of project management for team success. However, I also noticed a dearth of tools catering to individual project management needs. Hence, I believe there is a need for a user-friendly project management tool to help individuals organize their personal projects, save files, and make notes. I have observed that conventional project management tools can be complicated and overwhelming for personal use, resulting in frustration and potentially causing individuals to abandon their projects.
